Grimm'S Berlin Mitte Hotel

The spacious two-bedroom apartment was excellent, but the lounge furniture could be more comfortable. Loved the great location near the tube!

Unbeatable, good location really close to Germany, walking distance to Museum Island and Potsdamer Platz, where there is n't much choice of bars and restaurants. The breakfasts for the value.

The location is excellent for quiet yet

Convenient access to local attractions. The hotel staff were cute and provided helpful tips for dining nearby. The room was clean and spacious, but it would have been better with improved breakfast options like a toaster for warm food. A pleasant experience.

Pretty new hotel. Rooms had a modern design and were clean and well maintained. The best feature was the bathrooms. The floors were heated and the showers were huge with multiple showerheads. Location was good. It was an easy walk to various sites in Berlin like Alexanderplatz, Museum Island and Checkpoint Charlie. There is a good pizza place across the street.

Beds were kind of small. The free bottle of wine was smaller than expected but actually not too bad.

The fairytale theme adds a unique charm that makes the ambiance cozy and inviting. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Only a minor issue, but single duvets on double beds could lead to some duvet wars for couples. The breakfast felt lacking, with food at times not sufficiently hot and a limited selection, though it was decent value overall.

Generous sized, nicely decorated room with a balcony which is handy for smokers, well appointed bathroom and a good shower, and respectful staff. Particularly good and magnificent location, 1 mile from city center.

Free parking directly outside the hotel. Best shower ever - beats any 4 or 5 star hotel ever stayed in. Free water in room which is not common in Germany.

Breakfast ok but hot food selection very limited and cold food was replenished by hand with no food handling gloves or tongs. Area lived up to the hotel name, a little grim due to construction work immediately adjacent which meant the windows were extremely grimy outside.

The location is marvellous, 1 km from Friedrichstrasse Street. Great walk to a U-Bahn station, as it's close to the venue. The staff are all very kind. The breakfast variety is very tasty and gorgeous with again all of a good standard and coffee, excellent service.

I almost considered giving a good review, but the stale cigarette smell in my 'non-smoking' room was unbearable. I also expected a mini-bar for cold drinks, but it was nowhere to be found. The noise from the hall woke me too early, as if i'm supposed to enjoy my stay half asleep. Definitely not what i had in mind!

Grimm's hotel is a small, new hotel with a young, helpful and motivated staff. Location nearby underground station (5 minutes walk), from there on very quickly into the center. Underground parking available. Room and bed are comfortable. Good bathroom with excellent shower. Room is kept very clean every day. Normal, good breakfast buffet.

During our stay it was very hot (up to 30 degr and more) and airco apparantly wasn't able to keep it completely cool.

Very friendly staff. Its a small but new and well maintained hotel in a location that you can walk to Alexandra Pltz in 10 min. Onsite parking but you can find free street parking nearby. Its more like a boutique hotel where you feel confortable and home

Our stay rate was quite reasonable even though location was bit far from city center. Breakfast was great and worthy of the cost.
